My Point of View on the Thought Process

Dealing with the unconscious mind, we tend to keep things hidden from our conscious mind. And by doing so, we tend to build things like feeling, thoughts, and actions that are repressed from being expressed out loud. When dealing with actions, we tend to keep them at bay. Due to the fact of "free will". We do have a choice to do whatever comes to mind. But dealing with the sub-conscious mind, we wouldn't know how we really felt or think to act on that free will.
The personality of a person is ruled by their sub-conscious mind, and determinism is out of our control when dealing with the conscious or sub-conscious mind. When our thoughts, feelings, ect are kept from the deepest mind set of your mind. The mind has a choice of free will, self-image, self-evaluation,a frame of reference, and self-actualization. All lies within the deepest part of your mind.
If we are feeling low or distraught and do not know why, it is because our sub-conscious is keeping that part hidden from the forefront of our mind. Therefore if a Humanist is trying to help someone to better themselves and are having no luck what so ever, look for an alternative to unlock their sub-conscious mind. So in turn, the Psychoanalytic and Humanist Psychology is combined as one.
Adding Cognitive Psychology to the point of view made above, is funny because psychology has many levels. And different therapies for helping the mind. Psychoanalytic Psychology deals with the unconscious mind, Humanistic Psychology deals with the "free will" of the mind, and to sum it all up, Cognitive Psychology deals with the whole mental process which is both the conscious and sub-conscious mind.
